Fold Holdings, Inc. will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 19, 2025. The company aims to expand customers' access to bitcoin financial services and increase their wealth creation.

Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy, has unveiled its new brand name and logo, signifying its focus on Bitcoin and its position as the world's first and largest Bitcoin Treasury Company. The company also launched new websites and branded merchandise, with leadership discussing the rebrand at an Earnings Call.

Unbank, a fintech company, partners with Voltage to offer Lightning Network services for fast and affordable Bitcoin transactions.

Product Updates

The Fold Bitcoin Rewards Credit Card is coming soon with the opportunity to earn bitcoin rewards on everyday spending.

A new service, Lana, launched by Galoy Team allows banks to offer bitcoin-backed loans for their clients, providing liquidity without having to sell bitcoins and reducing risk through automation.

Breez SDK releases Nodeless (Liquid Implementation) version 0.7.1, including new features and bug fixes.
