Company Updates 

Fold, an innovative bitcoin financial services company, has closed a $20 million convertible note financing from ATW Partners with an additional $10 million available upon completion of a proposed business combination with FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp.

AQUA Wallet, a Bitcoin superapp, has received $5 million in seed funding to accelerate its development and expansion. This marks a significant step towards making Bitcoin more accessible and transformative for users around the world.

BitFuFu, a global leader in Bitcoin mining, has signed a two-year framework agreement with BITMAIN to purchase up to 80,000 S-series miners. This will bolster their self-mining operations and cloud-mining services and support their goal of adding 1 GW in mining capacity by 2026.

Product Updates

Foundation has announced the release of their newest device, the Passport Prime, which offers advanced security features for storing your bitcoin.

SoloSatoshi has released the NerdQaxe+. Their newest Bitcoin ASIC miner that is revolutionizing the game of at home mining.

Canaan has launched a new Bitcoin mining device, the Avalon Mini 3, which also functions as a home heater. The company aims to make mining more accessible and eco-friendly with this product.
