Company Updates 

Semler Scientific, Inc. has acquired 215 bitcoins and currently holds an aggregate of 1,273 bitcoins. The company also disclosed its sales agreement for issuing up to $50.0 million of its common stock and its BTC Yield of 37.3% since adopting its bitcoin treasury strategy.

Bitcoin financial services company Swan Bitcoin has sued its law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, for legal malpractice after hiring a lawyer representing rival crypto company Tether.

MicroStrategy Inc. completes a $3 billion 0% convertible senior notes offering and plans to use the proceeds to acquire more Bitcoin and for general corporate purposes.

Product Updates

Newmarket Capital has launched a new loan strategy called Battery Finance, which allows borrowers to use bitcoin as collateral for long-term financing. They recently closed their first deal for a commercial property in Philadelphia, where 20 bitcoin were used as collateral.

Introducing options trading on BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF, providing investors with a new way to hedge their exposure to the volatile cryptocurrency. This move is expected to deepen the derivatives market and increase investor confidence in bitcoin.

Cboe Global Markets Inc. has announced the launch of cash-settled index options tied to the spot price of Bitcoin, marking a significant milestone in the integration of cryptocurrency-related securities into traditional exchanges. These new options are set to debut on December 2 and are expected to appeal to institutional investors looking for ways to gain exposure to Bitcoin.
