Company Updates 

Fold has launched a new feature called Insured Deposits which allows users to deposit and receive bitcoin in secure institutional-grade cold storage covered by insurance. This feature offers flexibility for saving and spending bitcoin, as well as options for personal insurance coverage.

Deutsche Telekom is partnering with Bankhaus Metzler to launch a pilot project for a Bitcoin mining operation powered by renewable energy sources. This is done in response to the need for quickly available regulating power in light of the growing number of renewable energy sources.

Grayscale Investments has announced its intention to conduct reverse share splits for two of its exchange-traded products, Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF and Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF, effectively increasing the price per share of BTC and ETH by five and ten times respectively.

Product Updates

CleanSpark Inc. has purchased 3,800 high-tech bitcoin miners from Canaan Inc. in a move to boost operational efficiency and develop a more sustainable mining fleet. This collaboration also marks a significant step in CleanSpark's mission to become a leader in the bitcoin mining and energy technology industry.

The non-partisan think tank Bitcoin Policy Institute has released a report that endorses a strategic Bitcoin reserve for the United States.

The payment company Block plans to commit more resources to Bitcoin mining and self-custody wallet Bitkey while reducing investments in other projects.
