Company Updates 

Strike has announced a revamped referral program, offering customers in the US and EU $500 (or €500) in fee-free stacking for both the referrer and the referred friend when the friend joins and buys Bitcoin through Strike.

Metaplanet Inc. has announced a purchase of an additional 1 billion yen worth of bitcoin, bringing their total bitcoin holdings to 639,503.

Tesla has moved the majority of its Bitcoin holdings into new, unidentified wallets, which has been detected by blockchain analytics platform Arkham Intelligence. The purpose of the transfer is unclear and Tesla has not issued a public statement.

Mt. Gox, a defunct crypto exchange, has postponed the deadline for returning funds to creditors until October 2025. Previously, the platform had handled a large percentage of global Bitcoin transactions but collapsed in 2014 after security breaches.

Product Updates

Cryptosteel has introduced Seed12, a durable and affordable backup solution for securing sensitive information, including mnemonic recovery seeds and passwords. It has been praised by industry leaders and has already sold over 100,000 units.

Bitwise Asset Management is merging three futures-based Bitcoin ETFs into one dynamic product that will alternate between Bitcoin futures and U.S. Treasuries in response to the increasing popularity of spot Bitcoin ETFs. This strategic shift mitigates volatility and appeals to retail and institutional investors.

BITMAIN showcased its miner brand ANTMINER at the Bitcoin Amsterdam summit, launching the ANTMINER S21+ series and other cutting-edge products. They also announced a 1:1 hashrate exchange for air-cooling and hydro-cooling miners to cater to diverse mining needs.
