Company Updates 

The Bitcoin Company has launched a new Remittances API for Mexico and Brazil that allows for instant international payments using Bitcoin, with plans for expansion to other regions. This disrupts the remittance market and offers a cheaper and more efficient alternative to traditional banking rails.

Custodia Bank's quest for a Federal Reserve master account has faced a setback as a court ruled against its bid, highlighting the discretion of the Federal Reserve in granting master accounts.

This article discusses the introduction of Casa Inheritance, a new service offered by Casa to facilitate the transfer of digital assets to loved ones in the event of the user's death. The service makes planning for the future easier for bitcoin holders and eliminates the risk of their assets becoming inaccessible to their family.

Coinbase, the largest US cryptocurrency exchange, has partnered with Lightspark to integrate the Bitcoin Lightning Network onto its platform. This will provide customers with near-instant and cost-effective Bitcoin transactions.

Product Updates

Unchained released the Unchained companion app for iOS which offers an easy and secure way to buy, deposit and track bitcoin to users' cold storage vaults.

Bitmain, a prominent Bitcoin mining hardware manufacturer, has announced the launch of its most efficient mining device yet, the Antminer S21 Pro, at the Global Digital Mining Summit. The new device has a higher hash rate and energy efficiency ratio compared to the previous iteration, the S21, and is also more durable.

Strike BLACK is a suite of services offered by Strike that allows app developers to build Bitcoin features into their applications, including buying, selling, and holding Bitcoin, sending and receiving payments, and connecting cash payment methods.
